In 2016, the S.O.N.G.S. Foundation created a songwriting scholarship at the LA College Of Music. The scholarship awarded students enrolled in the Music Composition and Songwriting Program or the Composing for Visual Media Program with an emphasis on songwriting in both.

Carah Wes
Originally from Seattle, WA, Carah Wes is an LA-based singer-songwriter and lyricist. Before choosing to follow her passion for music, Carah spent most of her time crafting words as an award-winning poet. Her deep connection to and fondness for the written word inspired her to become a strong, poignant lyricist.
Elizabeth Isabel
Elizabeth is a singer/songwriter from St. Paul, MN who now attends Los Angeles College of Music as a songwriting student. She is currently in the studio, recording for a new EP to be released Spring of 2019. She has a new artist website in the works.
Brittni Noble
Hailing from British Columbia, Brittni Noble grew up listening to various artists including Ella Fitzgerald, Alicia Keys and Radiohead, which led her to combine these unique styles into her own songwriting. Her music has taken her to stages from Carnegie Hall to Disneyland. In 2015, Brittni earned a scholarship to study at the Berklee College of Music where she studied both Vocal Performance and Songwriting, and in 2018, she decided to continue her journey in Los Angeles.
